Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Medijobs (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores and shares personal information when you use our website, submit a
profile, or otherwise interact with our services.

2. Information we collect

We collect: your name and contact details; gender, nationality and current country; your CV and work history; your PRC licence number and licence document, professional certifications and English test results (IELTS/OET); your job preferences and preferred destinations; and technical data such as how you found us.

Your PRC licence is sensitive personal information — we collect it only with your consent and use it solely to verify your credentials for prospective employers.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Match you to verified healthcare employment opportunities
  • Communicate with you about your application status
  • Share your profile with prospective employers (only after your consent)
  • Send you relevant guides and updates (you can opt out anytime)
  • Improve our matching service and site experience

4. Sharing with employers

We only share your information with prospective employers and our licensed Philippine recruitment partners after we’ve matched you to a specific role and you’ve consented to that introduction. We never sell your
data to third parties under any circumstances.

5. Data retention & your rights

We keep candidate profiles for 24 months from your last activity, then delete them. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time — email support@medijobs.ph. You also have the right to complain to the National Privacy Commission (Philippines) or the Information Commissioner’s Office (UK).

Because we operate from the UK and work with employers and licensed recruitment partners in the Gulf and worldwide, your information may be transferred internationally. We apply appropriate safeguards to all transfers, store your data securely with access controls, and encrypt it in transit.
